We will teach you different breathwork, yoga, and meditation styles to help you let go of stored emotions. They will help you as well to reconnect with your real power! We will practice daily breathwork, yoga, meditation, mantras, journaling, and affirmations to deepen the healing process in ourselves.
Healthy plant-based food, and an amazingly supportive group will help you to let go even more.

Breathwork can be described as a portal and door to our internal and external world. In one session you can give space, expansion, and opportunity for shifts, movement, insights, and change. You have the chance to come back to your body that holds you so dearly and works non-stop so that you may exist here and now.

To be present will help us in so many situations in life. If we learn to choose how to think and only use the mind for what we want, there will be a lot less suffering in us.
Most of us know how annoying our minds can be. Judging ourselves, judging others, judging our surroundings, or just giving negative views on what we see. Instead of truly seeing what is, we often see through the mind because the mind is giving us feedback based on the past.
Situations are happening to us and the mind is reacting as it has in similar situations we have experienced before. It is using autopilot to be more efficient. Mastering this behaviour is important and greatly beneficial.

Yoga Beginner Workshop
On the first day, we take the time to teach you all the basics you need to know. This way you can feel confident about taking part in all the classes regardless of your prior experience.
